Day 8

Day 8

Today we bless our children with the joy of your Kingdom, including those under the cloud of depression.

Father, today, we come boldly into the throne room of grace. Father, we want to bring our children and those we represent in the spirit to receive the blessing of Your joy. Therefore, we call their spirit man to attention to receive this blessing.

Father, when we look at our children we see very little joy. They are under a lot of pressure and their time is often planned for them in advance; leaving little room for Your presence. We repent of the lack of balance between work and play. We repent that the ‘playing’ which they do engage in is often electronically in nature and not relationship based.

We ask today, that by the blood of the Lamb our children’s senses will be washed and unhooked from all these devices and that the cycles of addiction/craving will be broken in the Name of Yeshua. Father, we ask that all ‘hunger’ for superficial joy will be stripped from them – in the name of Yeshua.

Father, when I read your Word it mostly speaks of the joy of the Lord and not of my joy. We ask today, that You would take them by the hand and lead them into the experiences of Your joy. Grant them the gift of Your joy which is complete and super natural.

Father, over some of our children and over some of us as mothers there are a dark cloud of depression hindering and sucking up any joy we may have had. We take full responsibility for this, generationally, and repent of the events, thoughts and words that have caused this cloud to come into place. Father, we are asking that through the blood of the Lamb and by the Light and Truth He represents that this cloud will dissolve. Please replace this cloud of oppression and depression with one of Your presence. I bless the chemicals in our brains to be fountains of life to be restored to perfect balance in the Name of Yeshua.

We ask today that our children’s joy will be made complete in You as we write this Word over their humanity today:

O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead them; let them bring our children to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling. Then, let them go to the altar of God, to God, their exceeding joy; yes, with the lyre will they praise You, O God, my God!

Why are you cast down, O my inner self? And why should you moan over me and be disquieted within me? Hope in God and wait expectantly for Him, for I shall yet praise Him, Who is the help of my [sad] countenance, and my God. Psalm 43:3-5 AMPC

We pray this in the name of Yeshua, Amen.
