I pray that they might dwell in Your house all the days of their lives

Father, today I come before You with the desire to know You more. I know that our hope is in You. Father the reports of the world are so negative, with destruction and rebellion going rampant and our kids are growing up to stand amongst this.

Father, I petition Your courts today, that our kids will be like pillars in Your sanctuary – that they will be overcomers. (Rev3).

Therefore, I bless them in the name of Yeshua with these characteristics from your Word – forming the foundation stones and building blocks of these pillars.

My child, I bless you to be poor in spirit. I bless you to be devoid of spiritual arrogance. I bless you to know your place and not to think too highly of yourself – relying on your own abilities. I bless you with the inheritance of the kingdom of heaven – both now and forever.

My child I bless you to look your sinful character straight in the eye and to acknowledge it – not to ignore your wrong doings, but to live in the light of His truth. I bless you with knowing the spirit of repentance. I bless you with the gift of knowing forgiveness being refreshed by God’s grace. I bless you to know the comfort of your sins being removed and being lifted from you through the blood of the Lamb.

I bless you with a gentle spirit, being inwardly peaceful, spiritually secure and worthy of respect. I bless your spirit to be kind-hearted, sweet-spirited and self-controlled for then you will inherit the earth.

I bless you to hunger and thirst for righteousness. I bless you to actively seek right standing with God. I bless you to be completely satisfied in Him. I bless you with the joy this brings being nourished by God’s goodness and being completely satisfied in Him.

I bless you to see God. I bless you with anticipating His presence. I bless you with a pure heart that growths in spiritual maturity, reflecting integrity, moral courage and godly character.

I bless you to be a peace maker and maintainer. I bless you to know spiritual calmness and life-joy – knowing and living in and from His favour. I bless to walk as a son of God.

I bless you in times of persecution to be comforted by inner peace and being rooted in God’s love. I bless you to always do what is morally right – finding your answers from His Kingdom example.

My child when you are insulted and people say all kinds of false and evil things against you because of your association with Him – I bless you to stand morally courageous and spiritually alive with life-joy in God’s goodness.

My child I bless you to be glad and exceedingly joyful, for your reward in heaven is great [absolutely inexhaustible]; for in this same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

I bless you that these words of Math 5 will be written on your heart, being ever before you. Sealed by the blood of the Lamb.

Overcome my child, this is your portion.
