Praying for the healing of their hurts and wounds.

Father, today we as mothers come before You on behalf of our children and all children hurting children over the world including them in our prayer.

Father, all of us, are familiar with the pain caused by slander, gossip, mocking and ill reports. We acknowledge before You, taking full responsibility for the fact, that our tongues and the words that we utter are often like blades cutting through our children’s tender, vulnerable souls stripping them from dignity and honour.

Father, we repent of the unjustified out of proportion criticism and judgements that our children are subjected to – often from our (their parents’ mouths) and from others in authoritative positions.

Father, we repent of the hurt and shame that mould and cloak our children’s legitimacy and self-worth. Father, we acknowledge that this is a generation that is hurting and confused about who they are. Because we, their parents are broken!

Father, many of our children are in limp mode; unsure and stripped of their destiny and purpose. Father, we bring before You the crutches of their limping self-esteems and their attempts at self-medicating as they try to fit in and be acceptable under the demands of their peers and society. Father, we repent of the crutches of drugs and alcohol, addictions, money, tattoos, sex, games, depression, achievements and performance, academic and social pressures, mindless hours of TV and internet, becoming fashion and music slaves, their language and rebellious often vulgar vocabulary, as well as all others applicable but not specifically mentioned.

In the name of Yeshua and through the blood of the Lamb we cry out for help! Your Word says that Yeshua has come to set the captives free and to heal the broken hearted. (Is 61).

The condition of our children’s hearts brings tears to my spirit! Father our kids need help! In the name of Yeshua and through the blood of the Lamb we bring the children’s hearts before You for healing. In the name of Yeshua we remove the daggers, blades, spears and stones from their hearts. Please, poor out Your oil of healing over these generational and personal wounds. Please command Your healing angels to clean the wounds from all dark attachments. Yeshua, please bind up their wounds. We speak healing over their broken hearts.

Through the blood of the Lamb we remove all ‘labels’ from our kids that mark them in any way that is contrary to Your design of them.

We come, and through the blood of the Lamb we silence the sounds of slander, gossip, criticism, ill report and judgements! We release a new sound of acceptance and love over them!

In the name of Yeshua we ask for the wall of protection around their hearts to be restored with stones of love, acceptance, truth, joy and Godly design.

Father, we thank You for restoring and appointing Godly role models over our kids. In the name of Yeshua and through the blood of the Lamb we repent for the ungodly gatekeepers and role models that took our place – for whatever reasons. In the name of Yeshua we fire and terminate all generational contracts with ungodly guides and role models. Be their guide and mentor, Yeshua, we pray!

In the name of Yeshua we call this generation: We call their inner selves to wake up! We call forth their design and purposes in Him! We call them into wholeness and joy! We call them into repentance and faith!

We declare that this is our children’s heritage

BE MERCIFUL and gracious to me, O God, be merciful and gracious to me, for my soul takes refuge and finds shelter and confidence in You; yes, in the shadow of Your wings will I take refuge and be confident until calamities and destructive storms are passed. I will cry to God Most High, Who performs on my behalf and rewards me [Who brings to pass His purposes for me and surely completes them]! He will send from heaven and save me from the slanders and reproaches of him who would trample me down or swallow me up, and He will put him to shame. Selah [pause, and calmly think of that]! We seal this with the blood of the Lamb as we pray in the name of Yeshua! Amen
